Order
We work on first-comment-first-serve basis. Enquiries will not be considered as an order. Confirmation of purchase must be genuine or dead buyers will be barred from deluxeflair in future.
All orders are processed, packed & shipped within 3 working days that includes Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends & public holidays. We ship via Singpost and packages have a 2 - 4 days of delivery time. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us. Extra charges apply.
Kindly allow up to 24 hours for us to send you a invoice and please do not transfer the money to our account before receiving our invoice. If the item you are interested in has be listed as "All Pending", you would be placed on the waiting list, we will get back to you if there are any dead buyers and you will be informed if there is a backorder for the item as well.
Payments
Payment mode accepted for order(s) are - ATM Fund Transfer & Internet Banking to our POSB account.
Please note that payment via bank transfers will be required to be done so within 24-hours otherwise deluxeflair reserved the right to terminate your order(s) without prior notice should payment be delayed without advance notification. Payments via ATM transfer must include a snapshot of your receipt or else deluxeflair reserved the rights to reject your orders & no refunds will be made.
Items are exclusive of postage charges and all packages will be sent out via registered postage that will include tracking number upon delivery. Please note that the postage charge is chargeable for each transaction. No refunds will be made if you make multiple orders & combined postage is not allowed for separate orders.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges can only be done within 2 weeks from the point of sale items only for sizes.
We would not be able to do exchanges for designs.
In the case of defects (do send us a photo of the defect) & contact us at deluxeflair@gmail.com immediately.
